Robert J Boland

Robert J. Boland lives in Sydney NSW with his lovely wife and children. He teaches High School students History and how to deal with sarcasm and runs a successful satirical Twitter account with over 300,000 followers -- @DeathStarPR.

 

He has written geeky articles for IGN, Den of Geek and Topless Robot, a web series based on his Twitter account, and has a short story featured in The Big Issue Fiction Edition August 2023.

 

Robert spends his spare time writing Fantasy, Middle Grade and Young Adult stories and is working towards being a published author. His most recent claim to fame is winning the Australian Writers' Centre Furious Fiction Award Fiction June 2021 prize.

His current manuscripts are a Middle Grade Fantasy novel called The Magic Library and a Young Adult novel called Unstuck.
